Swedge Bolts – a rod with indentations/dimples in its shank and is embedded in concrete, mostly used in highway work or anywhere that may have limited footing space for embeddment. Swedge Bolts by definition are manufactured by “a movement of material” in a press or similar machine to create the indentations, the indentations are not to be cut into the rod. They come with several different dimple configurations, including 2 sided, 4 sided, in line and staggered indents and J.H. Botts is equipped to manufacture all of them.
